Filmop Equodose™ Operating Instructions

STEP ONE

Adjust the dosage amount to saturate the mop by unlocking the Dosing Control Ring (lock located in center of dial) with the provided key. Turn the dial to the dosage amount, then lock into place.

STEP TWO

Fill the Solution Tank with appropriate solution, lock the cap, and insert it into the Dosing Chamber.

STEP THREE

Lock the Solution Tank into the Dosing Chamber to avoid unauthorized removal.

STEP FOUR

Pull out the lever button to unlock the Dosing Lever.

STEP FIVE

Press the Dosing Lever down and then release it to fill the pre-determined amount of solution into the Soaking Tray. The Dosing Lever returns automatically. Push in the lever button to lock the Dosing Lever in place.

STEP SIX

Place clean, dry mop head or microfiber cleaning cloth into the Soaking Tray, with cleaning side down. Within seconds, the mop head is ready for use. Adjust the amount of solution released into the Soaking Tray, as needed (Step 1).

STEP ONE

Remove the Solution Tank. If remaining solution can be used for the next shift, it can be left in the locked Solution Tank. If not, dispose of any remaining solution according to manufacturer’s directions, and thoroughly rinse the tank with water. Let the Solution Tank air dry wtih the cap off.

STEP TWO

With Solution Tank removed, press down Dosing Lever so any solution in the tank is cleared and deposited in the Soaking Tray.

STEP THREE

To obtain maximum longevity, keep the Solution Tank removed from the Dosing Chamber until the next shift to allow the pumping mechanism to completely air dry.

STEP ONE

Choose the best option for cleaning the system.
LIMESCALE: Descaling Solution
BIOFILM: Chlorine disinfectants or ammonium quaternary salts.

STEP TWO

Fill Solution Tank with the appropriate solution (Step 1) and insert it into the Dosing Chamber. Adjust the control ring to the maximum dosage (12 oz). Let the Solution Tank sit in the Dosing Chamber for the time recommended by the manufacturer (at least 5 minutes).

STEP THREE

After appropriate dwell time, depress the Dosing Lever until the tank is completely empty to clean the inner mechanism.

Repeat the process with water to rinse the tank and inner mechanism.

STEP FOUR

To obtain maximum longevity, remove the Solution Tank (with cap off) from the Dosing Chamber to allow all components to completely air dry.
